Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 金属細管の下端面を感知部としてその下端面に、圧電振
    動子を内面に粘着してなる金属薄板を封着し、前記金属
    細管の上端面に圧電振動子と電気的に接続した引出ケー
    ブルの一端を固着すると共にその固着部の外周にストッ
    パを設けてなるセンサ本体と、前記金属細管の上部外周
    とストッパ外周に嵌まる段付内面およびセンサを取付け
    るべき槽のねじ孔に螺合する下端ねじ部を具えたニップ
    ル状アダプタと、前記センサ本体に対しアダプタを脱着
    自在に締着する締付ナツトとから構成されてなることを
    特徴とする圧電レベルセンサ、。
