下受座面に押圧付勢する第1付勢手段と、定置板に設け
られている3個の接点球の横周縁を横受座に押圧付勢す
る第2付勢手段と、を含み、3個の接点球の下周縁と横
周縁とによってプローブの静止位置を定置することを特
