側オリフィスおよび2次側オリフィスとの間に、上記の
第1チャンバ部分および第2チャンバ部分を仕切るダイ
アフラムが介装され、上記ダイアフラムが変位して上記
1次側オリフィスを塞ぐ場合でも上記の第1チャンバ部
分側の2次側オリフィスと上記の第2チャンバ部分側の
2次側オリフィスとを連通させるべく、上記ダイアフラ
