向に沿って粘着シート３の最上層から芯材の表面に達す
る状態で軸方向全長にわたって切溝部３ａを形成し、軸
方向の少なくとも一端側には粘着剤を塗布しない部分３
ｂを所定幅で設け、粘着シート３には全面にわたって円
周方向に一定のピッチで凹凸条５を有するエンボス加工
を施こし、前記粘着剤を塗布していない部分３ｂには外
方を開放縁とした山形状の切欠部３Ｃを芯材２をも含め
て設け、この切欠部３ｃの頂部を前記直線状の切溝部３
