口側聞口3に設けたタンク4に収納される自動車用オイ
ルクーラ5において、夫々断面波形に形成され且つ、そ
の波形の嶺線6がオイルクーラの長手方向に沿う中心線
に対し傾斜してなる一対の長尺な波形金属板7,7を、
夫々の前記嶺線6が交差するようにして互いに重ね合せ
、それら金属板7,7間の周縁を閉塞すると共に、両金
属板7,7間の一端から他端に被冷却用オイル流路16
を形成して一つの放熱体8を構成し、各放熱体8表面の
前記嶺線6が互いに交差するように二以上の該放熱体8
,8を積層してオイルクーラ5を構成し、該オイルクー
ラ5の幅方向一端面17が前記多数の冷却水用チューブ
2の開口3に近接対向するようにして該オイルクーラ5
をタンク4内に取付けたことを特徴とする自動車用オイ
