Claims

In a heater in which a short edge stand is provided above a base on which a burner is provided, the short edge stand has a radiant space that radiates the radiant heat from the burner to the side and has an opening in the center, and the short edge stand has a polygonal outer edge. In addition, an exhaust flow regulating piece is provided on the back surface of the outer edge polygonal hearth stand so that exhaust gas flows to the corner of the short edge stand.
