Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a core which is excellent in mass productivity by bonding both halves by utilizing the end faces of a core coil side, thereby accurately butting the end faces and readily and rigidly bonding the both halves. CONSTITUTION:Both halves 21, 22 are opposed at the end faces of core coil units 3 and at the end faces of a pair of sides 41, 42, respectively mounted on upper and lower dies of a pressing machine, projections 6 are respectively engaged with grooves 8 to press-fit the engaging strip 7 into the engaging groove 9, thereby bonding them. 半体の接合作業を極めて容易、且つ強固に行うことがで
き、これにより量産性の優れた鉄心を提供し得るもので
ある。
