Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance the reliability of a high voltage device by inserting a covering member into a rod-shaped clamping member when assembling the connecting part of the device, thereby smoothly slidably inserting the clamping member into the clamping hole of the connecting part and preventing the production of metal powder. CONSTITUTION:When high voltage devices and/or cover are connected and assembled through a flange, a covering member, i.e., a cylindrical plastic member 1 is inserted and enclosed into a rod-shaped member such as a stud and a bolt. In this manner, the stud and bolt are smoothly slidably inserted into the clamping holes of the flanges or the opponent flange or cover. Thus, no metal power is produced due to slide as the conventional one. Accordingly, the metal powder does not invade into the container, nor scatter in the neighborhood, nor insulation is damaged with the metal powder. That is, the reliability can be enhanced.

During such assembly and connection work, metal powder is generated due to sliding between rod-shaped tightening members such as studs or bolts and the inner surface of tightening holes such as bolt holes through which they are inserted. There was a risk of it entering the interior or scattering into the dust-proof workplace.

In order to achieve this purpose, when assembling high-voltage equipment containers and connecting them to each other, a covering member is inserted in advance into a rod-shaped fastening member that is pushed through a fastening hole in a joint, and this covering member is inserted in advance. The feature is that the production of metal powder is prevented by performing the tightening 1 assembly and connection work after the rod-shaped tightening member with the member inserted therein is inserted into the tightening hole. Note that the rod-shaped tightening member is made of a stud or a bolt, and a method of inserting a cylindrical plastic member into this rod-shaped tightening member is suitable.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the method for assembling a connection part of a high voltage device according to the present invention will be described with reference to WAm. When connecting seven flanges to each other at the joints of gas-insulated electrical equipment, or when connecting lids to respective containers of gas-insulated electrical equipment or transformers, there is work such as attaching with flanges. For example, when joining flanges together,
A rod-shaped tightening member such as a stud with one end fixed to the 7 flange on one side, or a bolt used to connect the 7 langes to each other or the 7 langes and the lid is used. Before such connection assembly work, a member to be machined as shown in FIG. 1, ie, a cylindrical plastic member (1), is inserted into the rod-shaped tightening member in advance.

This cylindrical plastic member is made of Teflon (trade name), for example.
, consisting of a plastic tube such as polyethylene or soft PVC. The inner diameter of the cylindrical plastic member is formed to a size that allows it to be inserted into and covered with the rod-shaped clamping member. The length is sized to cover the tips of studs and bolts. Then, after passing the stud and bolt through the tightening hole, the cylindrical plastic at the tip where the nut is tightened can be easily removed with a thinner cut (2).
to form one main body portion (la) and a removed portion (1b). As shown in FIG. 2, the cylindrical plastic member (1) can have a portion corresponding to the above-mentioned removed portion (lb) K shaped like a middle tube (3).

Next, the effects of the present invention will be explained. When connecting and assembling high-voltage devices or lids, etc. via the 7-lunge, a covering member (i.e., a cylindrical plastic member + 1) is inserted and wrapped around rod-shaped tightening members such as studs and bolts. Studs and bolts can be smoothly slid and inserted into the tightening holes in each other's 7 langes, or in the mating 7 lunge or lid rim. Therefore, unlike in the past, metal powder is not generated due to sliding; therefore, unlike in the past, metal powder does not enter the inside of the container and scatter around.
There is also a greater risk of causing dielectric breakdown due to metal powder.
