Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 耐熱性材料からなる多数のローラ部材を窯炉の炉壁間に
回転自在に貫通配置してなる窯・(用ローラコンベヤに
おいて、回転駆動源に接続する回転軸を前記炉壁の外方
で軸受を介して前記各ローラ部材と同心に枢支し、先端
部に先細のテーバを付すると共に長手方向にすりわりを
形成しかつ外周面に保合突起を形成した連結管の後端を
前記回転軸もしくは前記ローラ部材の何れか一方に固定
すると共に何れか他方の端部に形成した中空円筒部に前
記連結管の先端部を半径方向に弾縮して挿入し、前記中
空円筒部に穿設した係止孔に前記係合突起を前記先端部
の弾拡によって嵌合させることにより前記ローラ部材を
前記同転軸に着脱自在に固定支持したことを特徴とする
窯炉用ローラコンベヤ
In a roller conveyor for a kiln, in which a large number of roller members made of heat-resistant material are rotatably disposed between the furnace walls of the furnace, a rotating shaft connected to a rotational drive source is mounted on a bearing outside the furnace wall. The rear end of a connecting pipe is pivoted concentrically with each of the roller members through the roller member, has a tapered taper at its tip, has a slot in the longitudinal direction, and has a retaining protrusion on its outer circumferential surface. The tip of the connecting pipe is elastically compressed in the radial direction and inserted into a hollow cylindrical part fixed to either the shaft or the roller member and formed at the other end, and bored into the hollow cylindrical part. A roller conveyor for a kiln, characterized in that the roller member is removably fixedly supported on the rotary shaft by fitting the engaging protrusion into the locking hole by elastic expansion of the tip end.
