果をインバータ回路に入力させてなる補正手段を備えて
なるX線フィラメント加熱装置。 2 上記補正手段は、補正すべき加熱特性曲線の使用管
電圧領域内を多点の折線により近似されその折線が設定
管電流の増加と共に管電圧及びフィラメント電流の高い
方へ平行移動させるべく機能を持つ実用新案登録請求の
範囲第1項記載のX線フィラメント加熱装置。
