Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

An insulating substrate provided with a cathode is inserted into a cup-shaped first grid, and the cathode is arranged to face an electron beam passing hole provided at the bottom of the first grid, and the peripheral edge of the insulating substrate and the first grid are arranged opposite to each other. In the electrode structure in which the distance between the first grid and the bottom surface is regulated by an annular spacer, an annular spacer is formed between the bottom surface of the first grid and the insulating substrate on a side surface between the spacer and the first grid.
