Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a bucket conveyer, which prevents a transported material from crush between a pulley and belt, by mounting a cover to a position almost above the pulley in the bottom part. CONSTITUTION:Many buckets 2 are mounted to an endless belt 1 and circulatively moved by upper and bottom pulleys. A cover 7 is equipped by supporting members 8 almost immediately above the bottom pulley 3. An upper side of the cover 7 is formed to a roof-shaped canopy plate 9, and a conveyed object A dropped onto this upper side rolls down sideward along a slope of the plate 9.

A packet conveyor is a device that passes an endless belt with a large number of packets attached at appropriate intervals between pulleys on the upper F, moves the packets in a circular motion, scoops up items, and transports them upward. be. However, with conventional packet conveyors, the objects fed to the lower part, and the objects that have been scooped up by the packet but have fallen from the packet and returned to the lower part, are transported between the lower pulley and the belt. There is a drawback that the particles get stuck between the belt and the belt as the pulley rotates, and in the case of granular materials, they are crushed. However, in the past, it was completely unthinkable for objects to be transported to get into such places, and even if they did, the belt was generally made of flexible cotton, so it was unlikely that the object would get caught in the belt. However, it was never imagined that the objects being transported would be affected. and,
It was only recognized that the cause of damage to conveyed objects was the various equipment in the processes before and after the packet conveyor, and no improvement measures were taken for the packet conveyor7. However, as mentioned above, It is clear from experiments conducted by the present inventor that the transported object that has entered is affected by the pressure exerted by the belt, and especially when the transported object is grain, the grain is crushed and the commercial value of the grain is reduced. Moreover, the processing yield becomes low.

In view of these points, the present invention aims to provide a packet conveyor that prevents the objects to be transported from getting stuck between the belt and the pulley and prevents the occurrence of crushed grain.
Its feature is that a cover is attached above the road of the lower pulley, and the cover prevents objects to be transported from jumping between the vehicle and the pulley.

The upper surface of the cover (7) is a roof-like top plate (9), and the contents of the transported object that fall thereon roll down to the side along the slope of the top plate (9). The front and back width of the cover (7) is set to be equal to the width between the belts on both sides. That is, the front and rear side plates (lOa) (10
b) is moved so that it does not come into strong contact with the moving pew) (1), and the gap between it and the moving pew) (1) is made as narrow as possible, so that there is no material inside the transported object in this gap. It hangs down to the intersection or even lower to prevent it from getting stuck. Also, the lower end (11C) of the left side plate (10C) and the lower end (11d) of the right side plate (101/) are the pulley collar (

Illustrated in FIGS. 3 and 4 is a second embodiment of the invention. In this embodiment, the front plate (1) of the cover (7) is
0a) and the rear side plate (lOb) are mounted on the model (6), and the lower ends (Ic) (IIA) of these side plates are on the day!
It hangs down to the vicinity of the contact point between J-(3) and TV (1). Further, the top plate (9) has a one-sided slope with one slope, and its upper end is joined to the model (6), and the left side plate (10C) is connected to the lower end in a hanging manner. Also, the lower end (llC) of this left side plate (100) is the lower end (llC) of the front and rear side plates (
11a) (llb), and this left side plate (10C) is f-! Covers the outside of the end face of J-(3). In this embodiment, there is no need for the right side plate, and there is no need to form the lower end of the left side plate (10C) into an arc shape.

Shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 is a third embodiment of the invention. This embodiment can only be implemented in conveyors where an inner wall (6)' is present. That is, this is a type of conveyor in which the ascending path and the descending path of the belt are separated by an inner wall (6)', and this type of conveyor is rather common. The cover (7) of this embodiment consists of only a front side plate (10 pieces).

As described above, in the packet conveyor of the present invention, the lower boo! A cover (7) is installed on the road side of J-(3) to prevent objects to be transported from getting stuck between the pulley (3) and Piv l-(1) and being crushed. Therefore, unlike in the past, objects to be transported that are stuck between the pulley and belt are not pressed and crushed, and, for example, when the objects to be transported are grains, there is no reduction in the product value due to crushed grains. All objects to be transported can be reliably transported without causing problems, and the transport yield can be improved.
