By the way, in the conventional methods, the durability of polishing is generally short, that is, in the case of terrazzo polishing, clogging occurs in about 3 to 4 minutes and the entire surface becomes slippery, making polishing impossible and reducing the grinding performance. Decrease dramatically. In order to prevent this, it may be possible to apply a load to the upper part of the polishing plate, but this has the disadvantage that it becomes difficult to operate.

A large number of grindstone powders P are integrally layered with a thermosetting resin. On the other hand, a tricot cloth Q is attached to the back side so that it can be detachably attached to the Velcro fastener on the pad table on the polishing machine side. With this structure, the padding table can be made lighter, less expensive, and work performance can be improved.

They are fixed so that a certain percentage of gaps are formed in the relationship, and this allows for even surface contact even with uneven floors, unlike conventional The problem of insufficient grinding load does not occur, and the polishing pressure per unit area can be increased with light operation. In addition, since the grinding debris is discharged to the outside through the gaps between the abrasive papers, clogging is naturally prevented.According to the inventor's experiments, the durability of the abrasive paper has been improved from 3 to 30% compared to the conventional one.
By increasing the time from 4 minutes to over 10 minutes, the service life can be increased by more than three times.

There is no problem and these are included within the scope of implementation of the present invention.

In the present invention, the preferable range for particularly excellent work performance is 30% to 70%. In addition, compared to abrasive paper in which holes of a certain size are simply made on the surface, the one of the present invention is superior in that it allows the abrasive debris to be naturally discharged to the outside without being retained inside. Moreover, since the abrasive paper can be partially detached and replaced, the abrasive paper can be used effectively to the end.
