され、該ポーラスキャップノズルの浸漬ノズル本体と接
する下面隅部に設けられた環状中空室及び該環状中空室
に連なる不活性ガス導入孔を通してポーラスキャップノ
ズルを経てノズル孔に向けて不活性ガスが噴出されるよ
うにした浸漬ノズルにおいて、上記ポーラスキャップノ
ズルの浸漬ノズル本体と接する下面の接合面に凹凸係接
部を設け、両者を接合下面において凹凸嵌合させること
