温度制御回路図である。 図中１は電源トランス、２は整流回路、５は電磁開閉器
、７はトランジスタ、８はセンサー、１０はスイッチ回
路、１１は負荷回路、１５は第１のコンデンサ、１８は
第２のトランジスタ、２１はプログラマブル単接合トラ
ンジスタＰＵＴである。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 電源トランスの２次側に接続された整流回路と、この整
    流回路の両出力端子間に接続された感温センサーと、こ
    のセンサーからの信号に基づきＯＮ。 ＯＦＦされる第１のトランジスタと、このトランジスタ
    のＯＮのとき動作され負荷回路を遮断する電磁開閉器と
    、この電磁開閉器の保持電流を制御する抵抗とから成る
    温度制御回路において、第１の抵抗と第１のコンデンサ
    との充放電回路にエミッタ、電磁開閉器と抵抗との直列
    回路の間にコレクタ、第２の抵抗と第２のコンデンサと
    の充放電回路を介して整流回路の出力端子の一方にベー
    スを接続した第２のトランジスタと、第２の抵抗と第２
    のコンデンサとの充放電回路にアノード、整流回路の出
    力端子間にゲート、整流回路の出力端子の一方にカソー
    ドを接続したプログラマブル単接合トランジスタとを備
    え、電磁開閉器の駆動電流はこの単接合トランジスタの
    ＯＮによりＯＮする第２のトランジスタを介して第１の
    コンデンサの充放電電流が与えられ、保持電流は整流回
    路から抵抗を介して与えられることを特徴とする温度制
    御回路。
