    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. プロセス変量を表すディジタル数が所定のサンプリング
    周期Δｔごとに入力されこの入力されたディジタル数を
    上記サンプリング周期の所定整数倍の期間記憶する記憶
    回路と、この記憶回路に記憶されるデータから補間法を
    用い各サンプリング、時点から所定時間Ｔの後の上記プ
    ロセス変量の予測値を算出する演算回路と、この演算回
    路の出力を上記プロセス変量の許容し得る閾値と比較し
    上記演算回路の出力が上記閾値を超したとき警報信号を
    出力する比較回路と、上記警報信号を表示する表示装置
    とを備えた警報装置。
