CONSTITUTION:A shearing means 1 and a welding means 2 are disposed separately, and respective side guides 5a, 5b and 6a, 6b are disposed in such positions where the distances, sizes and positions from the common center C of the line are of the same conditions; at the same time, respective clamps 3a, 3b and 4a, 4b are also displayed laterally symmetrically with a shearing line S-S' and a weld line W-W' as centers. The metallic strips are fed from an arrow marked direction, and the side faces of the metallic strips are brought into contact with the guides 5a, 5b and are held with the clamps 3a, 3b, whereby the strips are positioned and are sheared.
