Claims (1)
壁に取り付けられ、前記パイプの中心軸線と交さする方
向において超音波を送受信する一対のトランスジューサ
とよりなる内燃エンジン吸入空気用超音波流量計におい
て、前記パイプの側壁に取り付けられ、内部に段差部を
有するトランスジューサ取付用筒体と、先端を前記段差
部に係合されたコイルスプリングと、内部にトランスジ
ューサを収納し、前記コイルスプリングの後端に支持さ
れたトランスジューサケーシングと、前記トランスジュ
ーサ取付用筒体の内壁のねじと係合し、その前端で前記
トランスジューサケーシングを前記コイルスプリングに
向って押圧することにより、前記トランスジューサの軸
方向位置を調節するための調節用スクリューとを具備し
たことを特徴とする内燃エンジン吸入空気用超音波流量
計。An ultrasonic flow meter for internal combustion engine intake air, comprising a pipe through which a fluid to be measured passes, and a pair of transducers that are attached to the side wall of the pipe and transmit and receive ultrasonic waves in a direction perpendicular to the central axis of the pipe. A transducer mounting cylinder is attached to the side wall of the pipe and has a stepped portion inside, a coil spring whose tip is engaged with the stepped portion, a transducer is housed inside, and a rear end of the coil spring. The axial position of the transducer is adjusted by engaging the transducer casing supported by the transducer casing with screws on the inner wall of the transducer mounting cylinder and pressing the transducer casing toward the coil spring at its front end. An ultrasonic flow meter for internal combustion engine intake air, characterized in that it is equipped with an adjustment screw for adjusting the flow rate.
