径方向環状間隙を介し配設された第２の連結主体と、前
記環状間隙内に充填された磁性粒子と、前記連結主体の
周囲に配設されて、各連結主体との間に磁気回路を形成
するステータと、このステータに内蔵された励磁手段と
、前記第２の連結主体の環状間隙対応部を包括するよう
に第１の連結主体に固定されたプレートと、このプレー
トに第１の連結主体よりも大きい外径を有して突設され
たファン片と、前記各連結主体をステータに回転自在に
支承するか、必要に応じて固定するために骨組部材状と
されて、必要以外の部分を直接大気中に開放し得るよう
