モデル成形部分を固めた構成であった。The conventional mold structure of this type of model consists of a support frame attached to a pedestal, a surface layer made of gypsum or resin, a medium layer made of glass cloth, microwave oven, etc., and a back-up layer made of gypsum to back them up. It had a structure in which the molded parts of the model were solidified.

Because of this, it was not possible to produce highly accurate models because of expansion and contraction, warping, distortion, etc.

There is no need for it, and the production cost can be greatly reduced.

This has the effect of contributing to the reduction of materials.
