された流量検出器と、前記フィルタの前後の前記配管に
連設された該フィルタの前後差圧の差圧検出器と、前記
流量検出器および前記差圧検出器の両川力を受けてフィ
ルタの圧力損失係数を演算する演算器とよりなることに
