Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、一対の帯鋸盤を備え木材を二面から直挽する
自動製材機に関するものである。

に乏しかったり或いは作業に多大な労力又は熟練技術を
要する等種々の技術的欠点を有するものであった。

を必要とするので機構全体が極めて大掛りとなることは
否めない。

たもので、一対の帯鋸盤を備えるも機構全体が極めて簡
素で、原木・丸太は勿論のこと一般の板材・小径木をは
じめ如何なる断面形状の木材をも挽くことができ、且つ
作業の省力化・合理化を図り得る新規製材機を提供せん
とするものである。

本考案に係る製材機は、スラット板4を細かいピッチで

前後附近に設けられた駆動スプロケット6と従動スプロ
ケット7に懸装し、該無端コンベア1の上方移送表面が
テーブル5表面より上又は同位置となるように該テーブ
ル5の全長に亙り一条設け、且つ同じくスラット板4を
細かいピッチで多数連結してなる短寸の無端コンベア2
,3の一方2を上記駆動スプロケット6と共軸の駆動ス
プロケット8とテーブル5の中央附近に設けられた従動
スプロケット9に懸装し、他方3を同じくテーブル5の
中央附近に上記従動スプロケット9と所定分離間隔をお
いて設けられた駆動スプロケット10と上記従動スプロ
ケット7と同位置に設けられた従動スプロケット11に
懸装し、両者2,3を上記長寸の無端コンベア1と平行
する同一直線上に中央分離空間を介在せしめて一条配設
し、各無端コンベア1,2.3を無断変速機12を介し
て等速等方向に走行させる構成とする。

24を介して配し、斯る両帯鋸17,22で木材を一挙
に二面から直挽するように構成する。

に対する接触抵抗が大となってスラット板4上に安定に
載置支持されると共に、帯鋸の作動方向の力と木材の上
記移送方向の力とのベクトルの和で該木材は′下に押し
下げられて前進させられることとなる。

動的に直挽できるので、極めて製材作業の省力化・効率
化を図り得ることとなる。

17側に定規(図示せず)を設けることにより板材の定
寸挽・異寸挽等をも可能とする従来にない多用途製材機
を提供するものである。
