Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a high-temperature air from flowing in a side of a heating chamber and to prevent a trouble from occurring to resin parts or electric switches, by a method wherein a main exhaust duct and an auxiliary exhaust duct are installed in a projecting manner along two sides, crossing each other at right angles, of the upper surface plate of the heating chamber, and the flow of air to a cooling fan is checked by the main and an auxiliary exhaust duct. CONSTITUTION:An auxiliary exhaust duct 3, having temperature and humidity sensors, is mounted to an upper surface of a heating chamber 1, and a main exhaust duct 4 and the auxiliary exhaust duct 3 are positioned in a manner to horizontally cross each other at right angles so that exhaust gas in the auxiliary duct 3 joins gas in the main exhaust duct 4. A part of air flows onto an upper plate 2 through a right side 8 side, collides against the auxiliary exhaust duct 3, flows along the duct 3, is guided to the main exhaust duct 4, returns back to an original cooling fan 6, and the cycling is repeated. Meanwhile, a part of air entering a heating chamber 1 from a cooling fan 6 passes through the auxilary exhaust duct 3 from an auxiliary exhaust hole 21 in the upper plate 2 of the heating chamber 1, flows to the main exhaust duct 4, and is exhausted to the outside of a cooker. A sensor detects a change in an exhaust gas temperature or a relative humidity in the auxiliary exhaust duct 3, and a temperature control and control of a high-frequency oscillating output take place by means of a signal therefrom.

A conventional combination cooker is shown in Figure 1. Compared to a microwave oven, when using a gas oven, the set temperature is sometimes as high as 300°C, and failure of various parts due to temperature rise is one of the problems. It was. For example, a sub-exhaust duct (3) in which a temperature sensor and a humidity sensor (not shown) are installed is provided on the top plate (2) of the heating chamber 1, and a main exhaust duct (n) extending from the fan chamber housing the hot-air circulation fan. 4, all of the sub-exhaust ducts 3 merged together. The wind from the cooling fan 6 that cools the magnetron 6 cools the magnetron 6 or other electrical components, and flows over the top plate 2 of the heating chamber 1. It also flows to the left side 7 on the opposite side of the heating chamber 1, and blows through the door. Accidents have occurred in which the resin door rollers that support the door arms of cars melted.

In order to achieve the above object, the composite cooking device of the present invention includes a heating chamber that stores an object to be heated, a high frequency oscillator that supplies high frequency power into the heating chamber, another heating means that heats the inside of the heating chamber, and A cooling fan that cools a high-frequency oscillator, and a main exhaust duct and a sub-exhaust duct that communicate with the heating chamber, the main exhaust duct and the sub-exhaust duct extending along three orthogonal sides of the top plate of the heating chamber. The airflow from the cooling fan is blocked by the upper and sub-exhaust ducts, which prevents high-temperature air from flowing into the sides of the heating chamber. The purpose is to prevent accidents caused by temperature rise.

In FIGS. 2 to 4, a magnetron 5 and a cooling fan 6 are provided on the right side 8 of a heating chamber 1 that houses an object to be heated (not shown). In addition, the right side 8 side and the left side 7 of the heating chamber 1
A door row 211 made of resin that supports the door arm 10 of the door 9 is provided on both sides. 12 is a spring that urges the door arm 10; 13 is a door switch that is turned on and off in conjunction with the opening and closing of the door 9; and 14 is a door rotation axis. The heating chamber 1 communicates with the entire fan chamber 17 that accommodates a hot air circulation fan 16 through a partition wall 16. The partition wall 16 is provided with suction holes and blow holes (not shown) for circulating hot air. A main exhaust duct 4 is connected to the upper surface of the fan chamber 17, and the main exhaust duct 4 is discharged outside the device through an exhaust port 19 provided in the upper case 18 of the main body case. Further, a sub-exhaust duct 3 equipped with a sensor such as a temperature sensor or a humidity sensor is connected to the upper surface of the heating chamber 1, and the exhaust gas in the sub-exhaust duct s flows into the main exhaust duct 4. The sub-exhaust duct 3 is provided at the left end of the top plate 2 of the heating chamber 1, with a length δ extending from depth to width as shown in the figure. In other words, the main exhaust duct 4 and the sub-exhaust duct 3 are arranged in the following shape in a plan view.

A sensor detects the amount of change in the exhaust temperature or relative humidity in the sub-exhaust duct 3, and the temperature is controlled or the high-frequency oscillation output is controlled a1 based on the signal. Further, a portion of the hot air circulating within the heating chamber 1 is discharged from the main exhaust duct 4 to the outside of the chamber.

According to this embodiment, even if the door roller 11 is made of synthetic resin with a lower heat resistance than the conventional one, the high-temperature wind on the top plate 2 of the heating chamber 1 will not be blocked by the main and sub-exhaust ducts 3. Therefore, the temperature rise on the left side surface 7 side can be made lower than before due to the flow between the ventilation holes 22 and 23, and can withstand it sufficiently.
