Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は殺虫剤、塗装液などの液体を吸上げ圧力をか
けて噴出する噴霧器、特にブツシュボタンタイプの噴霧
器に関する。
ブツシュボタンタイプの噴霧器はブツシュボタンを押圧
することによりレバーを回動させてピストンを下降させ
、それによって噴出を行なうように構成されている。
このようなタイプの噴霧器は使用時以外にブツシュボタ
／を押圧しないように梱包しかつ注意して搬送する必要
があるだけでなく店頭などに展示してトいた場合にも不
注意や転倒によるブツシュボタンの押圧によって液体が
噴出するのを防止する処置を施こす必要がある。
この考案は梱包、展示等の際にトける不注意な抑圧など
による液体の噴出を防止した噴霧器の提供を目的として
いる。
以下図面を参照しながらこの考案の一実施例について詳
細に説明する。
第１図ないし第３図に示す噴霧器は合成樹脂から成形さ
れたカバーノ・ウジフグ１を持ち、このカバーハウジン
グ内には合成樹脂より同様に成形されたブツシュボタン
２が摺動可能に収納されている ブツシュボタン２を押
圧すればレノ＜−（図示しない）を回動させてピストン
（図示しない）を下降させそれによって液体を噴出させ
ることができる。
液体は容器３内に収納されている。未使用時でのブツシ
ュボタ／２の不注意な押圧または転倒の際などの予期せ
ぬ抑圧をさけるため、ブツシュボタン２の上面２ａｈよ
び背面２ｂを被覆スルバージンシール４がカバー・・ウ
ジング１と一体的に成形加工されている。
ブツシュボタン２の背面２ｂは第１図トよび第２図に矢
視Ａで示す液体の噴出方向と相反する方向に面している
。
・く−ジンシール４はカバーハウジング内器２対のゲ）
片４ａｔ４ｂによって剥離可能に連結されている。
ゲート片４ａによってカバーノ・ウジング１に連結され
たバージンシール４の直立部分はブツシュボタ／２の押
圧方向と一致するためそれ自体のばね力によって押圧動
作を防止するように作用している。
そのためバージンシール４を介してブツシュボタン２に
不注意または不用意な押力が作用してもブツシュボタ／
２は摺動せず、従って液体を噴出することがない。
実際に使用する場合には、バージンシール４を引っばれ
ばゲート片４ａｔ４ｂが破断され容易にカバーノ・ウジ
ング１よりバージンシールを剥離できる。
第３図から最もよくわかるように、側方に開口した一対
の中空突起４ｃをバージ／シール４と一体的に成形すれ
ば、これらの突起４ｃに指をそれぞれ引っかけることに
より一層容易にバージンシールを剥離できる。
中空突起４ｃを、第１図および第３図に示すように、円
弧形に成形すれば指の引つかけを容易に行なうことがで
きる。
更にこのようなノく−ジンシール４は美観を増加させ商
品価値をも増すことができる。
！た一般的に指のすべり剣坊止するわん凸凹部がブツシ
ュボタンの上面２ａに形成されている。
そしてこのわん凸凹部は多数の波形水平溝を持つわん曲
凹面を備えている。
従って中空突起４Ｃの代りに、ブツシュボタンの上面２
ａを覆うバージンシール４の水子部分に一対の半円形切
欠きを形成してわん凸凹部の一部を露出させれば、わん
凸凹部とバージンシールとの間に隙間が設定される。
そしてこの隙間に指をひっかけることによりバージンシ
ールを容易に剥離することができる。
このように中空突起４ｃの代りに切欠きを利用した噴霧
器にむいてはハウジング１の上面は平坦であり、延出部
を何んら有しないため梱包も容易であるとともに展示す
る際積重ねが容易であり実務上の利益が大きい。
更に美感上からも一層好玄しい。

図面はこの考案の一実施例を示し、第１図は平面図、第
２図は右側面図、第３図は第１図の線■−ｍに沿って部
分的に破断した背面図である。 ここでは液体の噴出する矢視Ａ方向を正面として右側面
トよび背面を規定している。 １・・・カバーハウジング、２・・・ブツシュボタン、
２ａ・・・ブツシュボタンの上面、２ｂ・・・ブツシュ
ボタ７（Ｄ背面、４・・・バージンシール ４ａ、４ｂ
・・・バージンシールのケート片、４ｃ・・・バージン
シールの中空突起。

  1. （１）摺動可能にカバーノ・ウジング内に収納されたプ
    ツ／ユボタンの上面トよび背面を被覆するノく一ジンシ
    ールを剥離可能にカバー−・ウジングと一体成形した噴
    霧器。
  2. （２）バージンシールが側方にそれぞれ開口した一対の
    中空突起を一体的に備えている実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項記載の噴霧器。
