    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 振動姿態として厚みすべり振動を利用した圧電振動子に
    おいて、圧電板と、該圧電板の周辺を取囲み支持部を介
    して前記圧電板と一体に形成した枠と、前記圧電板上に
    設けた電極と、この電極から前記支持部を介して前記枠
    へ設けた電極引出し部と、前記電極引出し部を支持位置
    として接続した端子を固定した保持器とを有することを
    特徴とする圧電振動子。
