リフィスを設けて、該空気圧作動機構における空気圧の
急激な変化を緩和せしめると共に、該オリフィスと該応
動弁との間に蓄圧手段を設け、前記空気圧源よりの空気
圧が該蓄圧手段に一時的に蓄えられるようにしたことを
