However, the mounting work 1 and 1 for fixing the stock solution supply plate to the furnace cloth is complicated, and the structure is also quite complex, as it requires bolts, bolt holes, R holes, etc. There were some drawbacks. Furthermore, if the raw solution supply plate is fixed to the furnace cloth as described above, it is difficult to remove it when performing repair work or replacing the furnace cloth. There is a problem in that unless the furnace cloth is removed from the furnace cloth, it is impossible to clean the furnace sludge that has accumulated inside the undiluted solution supply plate, or the slag that has accumulated around the undiluted solution supply plate and between the furnace cloth and the undiluted solution supply plate. In addition, in the past, the entire area around the raw solution hole in the furnace plate was sealed with the raw solution supply plate and the door plate, but since the raw solution supply plate was interposed between the door plates, the number of sealing points increased, and it was not always possible to ensure a secure seal. There was also the drawback that it was not possible.

From the open state of the furnace plate 9 shown in FIG. 4(a) to FIG. 4(b)
As shown in FIG. 9, when the furnace plate 9 is tightened, the packing member 18 that forms the liquid solution hole 12 of one furnace plate 9 closes the liquid solution hole 12 of the other furnace plate 9 in the large upper half of the liquid solution hole 12. In addition to closely contacting and sealing the packing member 18 to be formed, the roughly lower half of the stock solution hole 120 connects the arc portion 4° 4 of the stock solution supply plate l suspended from the furnace cloths 5 to the opening 6 of each furnace cloth 5. Recessed portions 10. of the door panels 9, 9 along the lower circular ridges. 'IO, and the stock solution supply plate 1 and packing members 18 and 18 are brought into close contact and sealed to prevent the stock solution from entering between the furnace cloth 5 and the door plate 9. The undiluted solution in the furnace plate 9 and the undiluted solution flowing through the holes 12 pass through the opening 6 in the furnace cloth 5 to the undiluted solution supply plate l.
It flows reliably and smoothly into the p-chamber 16 between the furnace cloths 5, 5 through the gap 15 formed between the two plates.

When suspended from the undiluted solution supply plate 8, it comes into contact with the undiluted solution supply plate 1 and separates from the furnace cloth 5. P residue that has entered during the process can be easily recovered.
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 6.7, instead of the pair of furnace cloths 5, 5 having the punched openings 6.6,
Two pieces i+1 of furnace cloths 19 having 9a are put together and the opening 1 is opened.
9a, a cloth 20 of the same quality as the furnace cloth 19 is sewn in contact with the periphery of the openings 19a, 19a on both sides, and an opening 21 is provided at the lower part of the cylindrical sewing part 19b. Cloth 17 can also be used. When using this continuous furnace cloth 17, the raw material supply gate 1 is placed so that the circular arc portions 4, 4 of the raw solution supply plate l are aligned with the lower arc of the sewn portion 19b.
is suspended from the furnace cloth 5 with string-like members 8, 8. Therefore, the stock solution flows through the sewn portion 19b and passes from the opening 21 formed at the lower part of the sewn portion 19b through the gap 15 of the stock solution supply plate l to the furnace chamber 16 formed in the furnace cloth 19.19Ii11. flow inside. When the continuous furnace cloth 17 is used, the displacement of the stock solution supply plate 1 with respect to the continuous furnace cloth 17 is reduced, and the sealing performance around the stock solution hole of the furnace plate is further improved.

In this example, the stock solution supply plate was interposed between the furnace cloth and suspended from the first to the second, so that the undiluted solution supply plate was suspended between the furnace cloth and the furnace cloth. F r = No protrusions protrude from the field side. Therefore, when the furnace cloth is running, the stock solution supply plate may come into contact with the filtration surface of the door plate, causing damage to the filtration surface, or causing failure of the furnace cloth hanging device.
Alternatively, the vertical movement of the furnace cloth is not obstructed, and the furnace cloth can run smoothly. In addition, in the past, there were cases where a backing plate for fixing the stock solution supply plate was protruded between the furnace cloth and the furnace plate, but in this case, when the furnace cloth was running, the backing plate There were problems such as contact with the filtration surface of the door plate or other holes, damaging the filtration surface.

Furthermore, in place of the connecting rod 3, specifically 1" 1 is shown, although not shown, it is also possible to use a double-threaded member having a right-handed thread on the - side and a left-handed thread on the other side. Connect both plates by screwing them into each plate. Then, both screws are rotated in one direction to move the plates closer to each other, and both screws are rotated in the opposite direction to separate the plates from each other. By moving the plate materials and adjusting the gap between them, the adhesion force of the door plate to the area around the solution hole may be adjusted. Also, when the above-mentioned double threaded member is used, it is possible to adjust the adhesion force of the door plate to the area around the solution hole. If fiber waste accumulates in the gap between the stock solution supply plates in a filter press that processes stock solutions, the stock solution supply plate can be easily separated and cleaned by rotating both screw members. The supply path for the stock solution to the p chamber of the supply plate is formed by the gap between the two plates.
7, so there is generally less accumulation of fiber waste.

Further, the connecting rod may be formed of a conical protrusion having end surfaces facing the opposing surfaces of the pair of plates, and the end surfaces being planes approximately parallel to the plates. Therefore, when the door plate is tightened, the opposing end faces of the protrusions come into contact with each other, thereby forming a gap between the two plate members. By doing this, the structure of the stock solution supply plate becomes simpler, and since the two plates are separated when the furnace plate is opened, there is no possibility that offshore sediment will accumulate in the gap, and cleaning will be easier.

Furthermore, the door plate is not limited to the one in which the four parts for fitting the liquid solution supply plate are formed only below the liquid solution hole in the door plate, but may also be a door plate in which a recessed part is formed around the liquid liquid hole in the upper part as well.

As described in detail in the above embodiment, the liquid supply plate of the filter press according to the present invention is composed of a pair of plates having an arcuate portion at the top and a connecting member that connects the plates, so the structure is very simple. It's simple, doesn't have door residue accumulating inside, and is easy to repair and prevent from being counterfeited. In addition, the upper part of each plate is provided with an arc part that extends over the lower arc of the opening of the furnace cloth.
Since we are careful to seal the approximate lower part around the raw solution hole in the door plate that communicates with the opening of the furnace cloth, a furnace plate of the type that supplies the raw solution from outside the filtration surface can be sufficiently sealed, and the sealed area by the raw solution supply plate is different from the conventional one. Compared to the case where the stock solution supply plate is also sandwiched above the stock solution hole to seal the entire circumference of the stock solution hole, the number is reduced, the sealing performance is improved, and the weight of the stock solution supply plate can be further reduced.

In addition, when the connecting member is made of double-threaded screws, the gap between the two plate members of the stock solution supply plate can be adjusted using the double screws, and the adhesion force of the door plate to the area around the stock solution hole can be adjusted.

Furthermore, if the connecting member is suspended from the Fi cloth using a string-like member or the like, the undiluted solution supply plate can be attached and removed from the furnace cloth very easily and reliably positioned at a predetermined position. It is also easy to clean the parts of the furnace cloth that come into contact with the furnace cloth.
