    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 容器本体は、開口端で断面り字壁をなすように一部内側
    を環状に欠いていると共に、このＬ牢屋に沿い環状に穿
    たれた溝を備え、この溝の所望個所に設けられたねじ穴
    にねじにより蓋が固定され、更にこの蓋はＬ牢屋に沿う
    溝に充填される気密封止用シール剤によって気密に本体
    と一体になされるものであることを特徴とするマイクロ
    波集積回路容器。
