Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the interlayer adhesive strength of a double layer rubber board by a method wherein the roughened surface of general purpose rubber is coated with adhesive agent for urethane rubber and unvulcanized urethane rubber is mounted on the coated surface then pressure and hot vulcanization are applied thereon. CONSTITUTION:The surface of general purpose rubber composed of various kinds of synthetic rubber such as natural rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, chloroprene rubber, acrylonitrile butadiene rubber, etc. is roughened by a grinder or the like. The roughened surface is coated with adhesive agent for urethane rubber composed mainly of disphenyl methane isocyanate, then, unvulcanized urethane is mounted on said coated surface. Then, pressure 10-30kg/cm<2> is applied on to the above-mentioned mounting surface and hot vulcanization is performed at 100-170 deg.C. It is possible to obtain, by this process, an excellent lining material for the roller, chute, etc. that is not separated into two layers.

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は主にウレタンゴムと汎用ゴムとからなる二層ゴ
ム板の製造に用いるウレタンゴムと汎用ゴムとの接着方
法に関する。
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention mainly relates to a method of adhering urethane rubber and general-purpose rubber, which is used in the production of a two-layer rubber plate made of urethane rubber and general-purpose rubber.

コンベア駆動等に用いるローラ、コンベア用ベルト、ホ
ッパー、シュート等の表面に摩擦力の増加または表面保
護の目的でゴム製のライニングを施すことが行なわれて
いる8このためのゴムとしては耐摩耗性にすぐれたウレ
タンゴムが好ましいが、高価であるので、表面のみをウ
レタンゴムとし、下面を汎用ゴムとした二層ゴム板を用
いるのが最適である。しかしながら従来はウレタンゴム
と汎用ゴムとを完壁に接着する方法がなく、したがって
上記二層ゴノ、板は用いられていない。

接着効果が得られるという事実に基いてなされたもので
