７図は本考案の治具をパイプに取付けた状態を示す断面
図である。 １・・・半円環状部材、２・・・フランジ、３・・・通
じ穴、４・・・１！、７．８・・・パイプ、９・・・ボ
ルト、１１・・・開先ギャップ調節棒。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. パイプ同士を溶接する際に用いる治具であって、一つの
    パイプにつきそれぞれ一対の半円環状部材よりなり、各
    半円環状部材は両端部のフランジに連結用の通し穴を有
    し、ボルト等で連結することによってパイプを真円に修
    正するとともに、半円環状部材中央部に設けた溝に開先
    ギャップ調整棒を取付けてナツトで固定することによっ
    て、仮付溶接における開先ギャップを適正に保つことを
    特徴とするパイプの真円修正兼仮付溶接用治具。
