Claims

A variable displacement hydraulic pump and a hydraulic motor equipped with a parking negative brake device are connected to each other through a closed circuit, the closed circuit is connected to a flushing valve, and the outlet of the flushing valve is connected to an oil tank via a charge relief valve. In the hydraulic drive circuit, the spool of the flushing valve and the operating lever of the variable displacement hydraulic pump are connected by an interlocking rod, and the pipe section between the outlet of the central passage of the flushing valve and the charge relief valve is connected via piping. A hydraulic drive circuit characterized in that it is connected to a pressure oil chamber of a parking negative brake device, and the inlet of a central passage of a flushing valve is connected to an oil tank via piping.
