Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　可変容量杉油圧モータと、その可変容量杉油圧モー
    タの出力部に装着したメカニカルブレーキと、前記可変
    容量杉油圧モータとその可変容量杉油圧モータの容積制
    御室との間に設けた切替バルブと、その切替バルブの作
    動制御部に二次側を接続し、該二次圧力を低圧力と高圧
    力とに切替える変速バルブと婆備え、前記可変容量杉油
    圧モータを作動させる圧油の一部を前記切替バルブを介
    して前記容積制御室に供給し得ると共に、前記変速バル
    ブを操作して前記切替バルブを作動させることにより、
    前記可変容量杉油圧モータの容積を変えられ得るように
    構成した油圧回路において、前記変速バルブと前記切替
    バルブとの間の管路を分岐して前記メカニカルブレーキ
    に接続し、前記変速バルブの二次圧力が低圧力の場合、
    前記切替バルブは作動せず、一方前記メカニカルブレー
    キは制動状態を解除し、また前記変速バルブの二次圧力
    が高圧の場合、前記切替バルブは作動し、一方前記メニ
    カルブレーキは制動状態を解除すべく構成したことを特
    徴とする油圧回路。 ２　変速バルブと、切替バルブおよびメカニカルブレー
    キとの間に、可変容量杉油圧モータを作動させる圧油の
    一部をパイロット圧として作動する切替バルブを有する
    ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
    油圧回路。
