  1. シートは運転者用シートと添乗者用シートとの別体であ
    って、該運転者用シートは車体フレームに固設され、添
    乗者用シートはその前端下底部が運転者用シートの後端
    部上面に被さるとともに、位置決め手段を介して車体フ
    レームに支承されて車長方向に移動可能に設けられたこ
