DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a composition for aromatic materials and aromatic materials using the same. More specifically, the fragrance composition of the present invention uses a microencapsulated fragrance as a fragrance ingredient.

Although microencapsulated fragrances have been known for a long time, they have only been partially put into practical use, such as in microcent prints, and there is a desire to expand their uses by taking advantage of their characteristics. On the other hand, fragrance products such as deodorants and deodorants that generate fragrance do not gradually lose their fragrance once they are used, and it is difficult to maintain the fresh fragrance that they had at the time of use for a long period of time.

In view of these circumstances, the inventors of the present invention have proposed that by spreading microencapsulated fragrance on the surface of a carrier and allowing the fragrance capsules to be broken little by little at any time of use, a fresh fragrance can be generated each time. We thought that we could obtain a fragrance product that retains a good fragrance over a long period of time.

However, when spreading microencapsulated fragrances on the surface of a carrier, the dispersion of capsule particles may become uneven, and the spreading layer may crack due to drying.
There are problems such as loss of aroma, and it is quite difficult to solve this problem.

However, it has surprisingly been found that the above-mentioned problem can be solved by using a composition consisting of a microencapsulated fragrance, a specific resin emulsion, and a thickener, and a fragrance material suitable as a fragrance product or a material thereof can be obtained. did.

The present invention was completed based on such knowledge, and
The present invention provides a composition for an aromatic material comprising a microencapsulated fragrance, an acrylic resin emulsion, and a thickener, and an aromatic material obtained by coating the composition on the surface of a carrier and drying it. If desired, crow powder and/or sand may be added to facilitate the destruction of the perfume capsules during use. By using the composition of the present invention, microencapsulated fragrance can be uniformly spread on a carrier without problems such as cracking and loss of fragrance, and the obtained fragrance can retain its fragrance for a long period of time.

The microencapsulated fragrance itself to be used is not particularly limited, and any desired fragrance may be used, for example, phenol-formaldehyde resin, vinyl chloride Mfj resin, polyethylene, polypropylene, polymethacrylic acid, nylon,
Silicone, polyester resin, ABS resin, gelatin, etc. are used as wall materials, and conventional methods (for example, Tamotsu Kondo and Masumi Koishi, Microcapsules - Their manufacturing method, properties, and applications, 45-
55, published by Sankyo Publishing Co., Ltd., October 15, 1977). Generally, in the present invention, one microencapsulated fragrance having a particle size of 600 microns to 2 wM, preferably 30,000 microns or more, is used.
It is used in the preparation of a composition in a state where it is dispersed or suspended in water at a ratio of 0 to 50% (weight %, the same applies hereinafter). The amount of the microencapsulated fragrance can be selected as appropriate, but from the viewpoint of odor level, fragrance retention, etc., it is usually 2% based on the total amount of the composition.
It is preferably about 0 to 35%.

Acrylic resin emulsions include methyl methacrylate, acrylic acid, ethyl acrylate, butyl acrylate, ethylhexyl acrylate, and other monomers that can be copolymerized with these monomers, such as,
Examples include emulsions of copolymers with styrene. In particular, from the viewpoint of uniform dispersion of capsule particles and prevention of cracking during drying, the film forming temperature is 20-30°C, solid content is 40-30°C.
60% nonionic surfactant emulsions of styrene-ethylhexyl acrylate copolymer and methyl methacrylate-ethylhexyl acrylate copolymer emulsion are preferred. Acrylic resin emulsions are usually mixed at a weight ratio of microencapsulated fragrance (as an aqueous suspension) to emulsion of 5:5 to 8:
2, preferably in a ratio of 6:4 to 8:2. If the amount of the emulsion is out of this range, the dispersibility of the capsule particles, prevention of cracking during drying, odor, etc. will be impaired.

As mentioned above, the composition of the present invention may optionally contain glass powder and/or sand, such as diamond sand, in order to facilitate the destruction of the perfume capsule during use. These glass powders and sand preferably have a particle size of about 5 to 120 microns, and usually have a particle size of about 10 to 120 microns based on the total amount of the composition.

In this way, the obtained aromatic material of the present invention has microencapsulated fragrances uniformly dispersed on its surface, and by rubbing or compressing it to break it little by little at any given time, it can be made fresh each time. A fragrance can be generated and a good fragrance can be maintained for a long period of time. As described above, the aromatic material of the present invention can be cut into appropriate sizes, appropriately packaged, and used directly as aromatic products such as deodorants and deodorants. It can also be used as a material for various products such as aromatic tissues.
