図である。 図中、１はプリント配線基板、１ａはハンダ付は面、２
は電子部品、２ａはリード線、１１はディッピング用治
具、１２は保持ケース、１３は保持基板、１４は二叉継
手、１５は把手、１６は側板、１７は底板、１８は収納
部、１９はガイド溝、２０はヒンジ、２１は蓋板、２２
は係止片、２３はストッパである。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 （１）電子部品が配列されたプリント配線基板を保持し
    てそのハンダ付は面をハンダ浴槽内にディッピングさせ
    るための治具であって、把手と、該把手の先端に取付け
    られた保持ケースを有し。 該保持ケースには、前記電子部品が整列するよう番ご前
    記プリント配線基板を載置する収納部と該収納部に対し
    て開閉自在に取付けられた゛蓋板と、該蓋板が閉じられ
    る際、前記ハンダ付は面が露出するように前記プリント
    配線基板の両側縁を挾持し固定する係止手段と、前記蓋
    板を閉じた状態にロックするストッパとが設けられてい
    ることを特徴とするディッピング用治具。 、（２）実用新案登録請求の範囲（１）において、前記
    収納部には前記電子部品が嵌合するガイド溝が形成され
    ていることを特徴とするディッピング用治具。 （３）実用新案登録請求の範囲（１）において、前記係
    止手段は、前記プリント配線基板のハンダ付は面に係合
    するようにＬ字状に突出された複数の係止片からなるこ
    とを特徴とするディッピング、　　用治具。
