械式連動機構によって連動連結させた作業車の流体圧式
変速装置であって、前記連動機構中に、前記変速レバー
32を変速操作位置からそれに隣る変速操作位置へ移動
させる際の初期移動範囲において、前記変速レバー32
が前記弁体18Aに対して先行移動することを許容し、
且つ、前記変速レバー32を変速操作位置からそれに隣
る変速操作位置へ移動させる終期移動範囲において、前
記弁体18Aが先行移動された前記変速レバー32に対
して復帰移動することを許容する状態で前記変速レバー
32と前記弁体18Aとを一体移動す゛る状態に連結す
る融通機構39、及び、前記変速レバー32が前記弁体
18Aに対して先行移動するに伴って、前記弁体18A
を先行移動した前記変速レバー32対して復帰移動させ
るための弁体操作用弾性力を蓄積する弾性機構40を組
込み、前記弁体18Aを変速用位置に維持させるよう前
記連動機構の前記融通機構39及び前記弾性機構40よ
りも弁体がわ部分に係止作用する係止機構44を、前記
変速レバー32の初期移動範囲において前記蓄積弾性力
