    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）鋼材等の弾力性を有する金属材又は合成樹脂を素
    材とした縁体１、縁体１の両端部２、一対の同方向にし
    て内側へ傾斜し端部２の外側方向へ屈曲した少なくとも
    一つの二股状屈曲部４を有する弾性体挾持部３で衿先７
    を挾持可能とする二股部分の一方端部を係着し、屈曲部
    ４の二股部分の他方外側部分へ装飾体６を固着したこと
    を特徴とする衿用アクセサリ−０
  2. （２）　　挟持部３は縁体１と同一材で、対向する二股
    状Ｕ字型屈曲部４．５で構成され、縁体１と同一平面上
    にて、屈曲部４の二股部分の一方が端部２と一体につな
    がり、他方は屈曲部５の二股部分の一方と一体につなが
    り、屈曲部５の二股部分の他方が、屈曲部４の端部２へ
    つながる二股部分の一方へ近接又は圧接して構成された
    ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第一項記載の
