[Detailed description of the invention] This invention enables a movable anchor member that moves along a guide rail provided on the roof side or inside the door to be automatically locked in conjunction with the opening and closing of the door, and is effective in emergency situations. This invention relates to an anchor lock opening/closing device for a passive belt device that is automatically locked.

Passive belt devices that automatically restrain and release occupants in conjunction with the opening and closing of a door were initially commonly used with a slider slidably attached to a guide rail installed along the inner surface of the roof side. In many cases, a method was adopted in which a through ring was connected to the belt and the belt was inserted through the ring to move the belt to the retracted position.
When this type of belt is retracted, the friction between the through ring and the belt web often causes fluff to form on the surface of the belt web, making it virtually impossible to use it as a belt. Many attempts have been made to use a so-called movable anchor type in which an anchor member installed on the side is a movable anchor.

This one-type movable anchor eliminates the need for a through ring like the conventional one, so it does not cause fuzz on the belt web, and the shape of the movable anchor prevents the belt from rubbing against your cheeks, and prevents the belt from hanging around your neck when worn. However, on the other hand, the drive mechanism for the movable anchor member is complicated, which poses problems in terms of cost and mechanism. It is difficult to fix the movable anchor member by pressing the button, and this problem becomes more noticeable in the case of the knotted type without a center pillar, and has become an issue in the widespread use of passive belt devices.

Therefore, the inventor responded to the above-mentioned situation by simplifying the mechanism of the one-way movable anchor type and ensuring safety by reliably restraining the occupants. The movable anchor is composed of a pair of members, and when one of the members is dragged by the driving member and moves forward from the restraining position, the pawl is First, after moving to the disengaged position, other members are moved with a delay in the sliding range, while when other members are pushed by the driving member and moved backward, the delay is first canceled and the other members move together. We have proposed an automatic opening/closing locking device in which the pawl is engaged with both members in the restraint position to enable the locking state, and the former member is moved by tension of the emergency belt to achieve the locked state.

The present invention further expands on the above proposal to simplify the mechanism, improve locking reliability, and at the same time increase versatility. The movable anchor and locking member are engaged by an engaging recess and a retaining pin. It is also based on a configuration that uses a locking structure using an elastic spring to prevent release in an emergency.
