Claims (1)
ーシングに、出力軸をベアリングを介して回転自在に支
持すると共に前記始動モータのロータ軸から前記出力軸
への一方向に駆動力を伝達する一方向伝動装置を収容し
、前記出力軸の、前記ベアリングから突出する出力端部
にピニオンギヤを設け、このピニオンギヤに、これをリ
ングギヤ等の被動ギヤとの噛合位置に移動し得るピニオ
ン移動装置を連結した始動モータ装置において、前記伝
動ケーシングの一側に、前記ピニオンギヤを囲繞するビ
ニ著ンハウジングを前記ベアリングに隣接して連設し、
このピニオンハウジングの内周面を、それと前記ピニオ
ンギヤとの隙間がそのピニオンギヤの回転方向に向って
広がるような渦巻き状に形成し、この渦巻き状内周面と
前記ピニオンギヤとの隙間の最大となる部分を前記ピニ
オンギヤの下方に位置させて排水口としてなる、始動モ
