PURPOSE:To contrive an improvement of durability of a blower motor and energy saving, by so constituting that a speed of a blower motor is controlled by controlling voltage of the blower motor by atmospheric ram pressure to be applied to the blower motor during running at high speed. CONSTITUTION:During running at high speed, atmospheric ram pressure to be squeezed into a blower motor 1 is detected by a ram pressure detecting sensor 5, and a speed of the blower motor 1 is controlled by applying a detected signal to brake circuit 7 through an amplifying circuit 6. With this energy saving operation of the blower motor 1 is performed effectively and durability can be improved.
