本発明は所謂二温實式冷凍冷m車の箱体組み立て方法に
関するものである。 従来此種冷凍冷蔵庫、特に内箱が冷凍室と別体でありそ
の中仕切壁の内部C:冷却器を収納する冷却室を形成し
たものに於いては冷凍N内箱の底壁を前記冷却室の底壁
としている。従って、除霜峙の冷却器からの露水を蕾通
冷蔵庫奥部に設けられる排水孔に導く為に通常冷凍室内
箱の底壁は奥方向に低く傾斜しており、卸ち冷凍室内箱
は通常前方よりも奥方が縦に巾広く成っている。ここで
製造工程に於ける断熱材発泡時の中仕切壁部分の外箱の
変形防止の為にあらかじめ中仕切補強板を中仕切壁に対
応Tる外箱開口部にスポット溶接等で固定しておくこと
は有効であるが、この場合、冷凍室内箱を中仕切補強板
で仕切られた外箱の上部分C:緩み込む為にその前方開
口から挿入しようとしても冷凍室内箱は上述の如く奥部
の縦寸法゛が大きく成っているので、この最大縦寸法部
分が中仕切補強板に当って挿入する事が出来ない。 本発明は斯かる欠点に鑑みて成されたものであり以下図
面に基づいて詳述する。第1図は所謂二温度式冷蔵庫の
上部側断面図を示しており、(l)は冷蔵率本体で外箱
(21と冷凍室内箱(31及び冷蔵室内箱(41との間
隔にml熱材(51を発泡充填している。(6)は中仕

の奥部に設けられる図示しない排水口に導く為に傾斜し
ており、従って冷凍室内箱(3)は醐口部でなく奥部に
