Conventionally, in a closed aeration tank equipped with a cover, the contaminated gas generated in the tank is suctioned and conducted from the upper opening through a duct to processing equipment equipped with an activated carbon adsorption filter, etc., and the contaminated air is removed without leaking to the outside. We are working to conserve the surrounding environment by disposing of the waste.

However, when the aeration tank is turned on, polluted gas containing a large amount of moisture, dirt, and dust such as scum is generated, which causes severe clogging of the polluted gas adsorption filters in the processing equipment. There was a problem in that the ventilation capacity was severely reduced due to the increase in pressure loss, causing odor and other problems and defeating the purpose of environmental conservation.

Therefore, recently, even in the contaminated air treatment equipment of the aeration tank mentioned above, a pre-filter is installed to collect and remove the dust and moisture contained in large amounts in the contaminated gas, and the subsequent contaminated gas adsorption filter is installed. However, installing a pre-filter in the air treatment equipment of the aeration tank has problems with the corrosion and water resistance of the filter medium and The current situation is that there are many difficult problems such as removing collected dust, and from a practical standpoint, it is not very effective.

This idea was devised in view of the above circumstances, and its purpose was to not only collect a large amount of dust and moisture in the contaminated gas sucked and passed from the aeration tank to the contaminated air treatment equipment in the first stage, but also to provide corrosion-resistant・It is water resistant and does not require advanced maintenance/inspection equipment such as automatic cleaning equipment, and does not require workers to get their hands dirty with a cleaning hose or leak contaminated gas to the outside. The collected accumulated dust can be washed and removed very easily, and the polluted water can be directly poured into the aeration tank directly below without a wastewater system, making it easy to regenerate and maintain with very simple equipment. Our goal is to provide something that is extremely effective in practical use and can always exhibit stable performance.

Therefore, in the pre-filter device of this invention, during the suction operation of the processing equipment, contaminated gas containing a large amount of dust and moisture is circulated from the aeration tank A into the main body 1 from the bottom to the top. A large amount of dust, moisture, etc. in the contaminated gas is filtered and collected by a filter 6.6, and the previously treated contaminated gas is suctioned and conducted to the processing equipment through the suction duct connection port 3 at the upper end (not shown). It is then processed using an adsorption filter or the like.

This work is performed using the opening/closing lid 13 of one chamber 11 of the operation box 9.
Open the inner lid 21 of the other chamber 12 and insert the hand inside the sealed glove 14 and extend it inside the main body 1, then open the inner lid 21 of the other chamber 12 with the hand wearing the glove 14 and insert the cleaning bowl 18 into the main body 1. At this point, water is supplied from the outside, and the hose 18 is operated, and the tip injection nozzle 11 also sprays water onto the top of the filter 6, removing the collected dust that has accumulated on the filter 6. Wash off and regenerate.

However, once the cleaning and regeneration of filter 6.6 is completed,
Stop the water supply from outside and connect the cleaning hose 18 to the other chamber 12.
Then, close the inner lid 21 and apply the hook 20 to prevent it from opening accidentally. After that, pull out your hand and return the sealing glove 14 to one chamber 11, and then close the opening/closing lid 1.

In this way, by carrying out the above-mentioned filter cleaning operation and regenerating it at an appropriate time, stable performance as a pre-filter can be maintained, and a decrease in processing capacity due to clogging of subsequent processing equipment can be prevented.

When cleaning the filter, the worker operates the cleaning hose 18 while wearing sealed gloves 140 from the outside, so he does not get his hands dirty by touching the collected dust or polluted water. Furthermore, after cleaning the filter, the cleaning hose 18 and the sealed gloves 14 are stored in the operation box 90 chambers 11 and 12, respectively, so that they are not exposed to the flow of contaminated gas suctioned through the main body 1 during processing operation. Inconveniences such as contamination do not occur, and of course, even during operation, no contaminated gas leaks from inside the main body 1 through the operation box 9 to the outside.

In addition, as mentioned above, the filter 6.6 installed in the main body 1 is a washable and recyclable type that can be washed with water, and has excellent corrosion and water resistance, so it can withstand long-term use and exhibit stable performance. Moreover, since it is formed with a V-shaped cross section and one angle, the filtration area becomes larger than that of a flat one simply placed horizontally, and the efficiency of collecting dust etc. is improved.

Furthermore, the filter 6,
Since the main body 1 is installed vertically just above the upper opening of the aeration tank A, the polluted water containing the collected dust washed away from the main body 1 is dropped into the steam tank A straight from within the main body 1. This eliminates the need for auxiliary equipment such as a wastewater system, making it possible to significantly reduce equipment costs, operating costs, etc.

In addition, each filter 6.6 has a cross section shaped like the letter ``■'' and becomes lower from the periphery toward the center, so that during cleaning operations, polluted water flows down from the center of the filter 6.6, and flows onto the side wall around the 10th periphery of the main body. The polluted water can smoothly fall into the aeration tank A through the center without coming into contact with it, that is, without staining the side walls around the main body.

However, this invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiment. For example, the filter 0 installed in the main body 1 may be arranged in one stage, or in three or more stages, and the filter 6 has a cross section of V. It is drunk even if it is not limited to the form of a letter.

This idea was developed as detailed above, and not only can a large amount of dust and moisture in the contaminated gas sucked and passed from the steam tank to the processing equipment be collected before and after, but the filter also has excellent corrosion and water resistance. It is a cleaning and regenerating type that does not require sophisticated equipment such as automatic cleaning equipment that requires troublesome maintenance and inspection. The filter can be easily washed and regenerated, and the polluted water containing the collected dust removed from the filter by washing can be poured straight into the aeration tank without a wastewater system, which is very convenient. Post-processing is simple, regeneration and maintenance are easy, and stable performance can always be demonstrated, which is extremely effective in practical terms.
