Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent stack rain phenomenon by providing a plurality of guide vanes inclined at approximately equal angle to the same rotating direction around an axis in a flue, thereby effectively collecting condensed water in exhaust gas in the flue. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of stationary guide vanes 7, 8 radially divided approximately at the center of the axis 5 of a vertical flue 2 of a chimney 1 are fixedly arranged via a supporting rod 4 at the suitable height in the flue 2 in the state approximately perpendicularly crossing the axis 5. The vanes 7, 8 are inclined approximately at the same angle to the same rotating direction, and the lower edges of the vanes are bent upward as troughs 9. The troughs 9 are inclined downward from the axis 5 toward the inner wall surface of the flue 2, and one end 9a is brought near to the inner wall surface of the flue 2. In this manner, when exhaust gas rising in the flue 2 collides with the lower surfaces of the vanes 7, 8, condensed water in the exhaust gas is collected and is flowed from the troughs 9 along the inner wall surface of the flue 2.

When factory exhaust gas such as combustion gas is released into the atmosphere from a chimney, it can cause a phenomenon called stuck rain around the chimney. This phenomenon generally occurs when the exhaust gas emitted from the chimney to the atmosphere gets stuck in the middle of the chimney. It is thought that this occurs when the exhaust gas is cooled and the moisture contained in the exhaust gas becomes condensed water and is discharged outside the chimney. Therefore, various proposals have been made to prevent stuck rain from occurring. The present invention is based on a relatively simple configuration 4,
To provide a KL that can efficiently recover moisture contained in exhaust gas without reducing smoke exhaust efficiency, and a stuck rain prevention device that can more reliably prevent stuck rain boundaries. .

First, a plurality of fixed guide vanes 7.8 are arranged at appropriate heights in the vertical flue 2 of the chimney 1 and distributed radially around the shaft 6 of the flue type. It is fixedly disposed on the support rod 4 in a state substantially orthogonal to the support rod 4. Multiple fixing plans according to the above have become sloped surfaces. Each upper end edge of the fixed guide vane 7.8 is bent downward into a single shape, and its landing surface is parallel to the axis 6 of the flue 30. Note that the device 6 is arranged with two fixed guide vanes 7.8 on the left and right sides, and the plurality of pairs c are at different heights from each other with respect to the direction of the flue-shaped shaft 5. They are arranged regularly so that they are different and do not overlap with each other, and are configured so that one left and right with the axis 6 as a border form two spiral paths in the same direction within the cough smoker 2. ing.

As a result, the exhaust gas 11 guided from the horizontal flue 8 of the chimney 1 to the inside of the flue 2 rises inside the vertical flue 2,
The plurality of pairs of fixed guide vanes7. :8 yosi,
The current is changed spirally in the same direction of rotation,
This results in two swirling flows. Then, without slowing down, the 11 particles continue to rise and are emitted into the atmosphere. At this time, since the rising exhaust gas 11 collides with the lower surface of the fixed guide vanes 7.8, the moisture contained in the exhaust gas 11 in the horizontally projected area range of each pair of vanes 7.8 is removed. The condensed water adheres to and is trapped on the vanes 7.8 due to collisions. Therefore, the captured adhered water is guided to the 11th section of the flue 2 through the gutter fI69, and further flows down the inner wall surface to be introduced into the annular drain part 1O.
From there, it is collected outside flue 2. In addition, when the moisture contained in the exhaust gas is condensed in a range other than the above, centrifugal force is applied by the above-mentioned 92-article swirling flow, causing it to directly adhere to the inner wall surface of the vertical flue 2. I'm sure it will happen. Therefore, this adhered water flows down through the core l1ltJ, is introduced into the drain section 10 in the same manner as described above, and is then recovered to the outside of the flue 2.

In this case, it is worth noting that the condensed water contained in the flue gases rising in the vertical flue 2 is removed by a combination of two different methods. . One method is to change the position of each fixed guide vane 8 to increase the distribution of contact with the rising exhaust gas 11, and to distribute the condensed water in the horizontal projected area range of each position to each fixed guide vane. It is possible to collide with the lower surface of 45I7.8 and capture it reliably. 9. Method a is to provide a spiral path for the ascending exhaust gas 11 by using multiple pairs of blades 〒, 8 at different heights, and convert the ascending airflow passing through this position into two swirling flows. By changing this, the condensed water that does not come into contact with each of the fixed guide vanes 8 can be easily attached directly to the inner wall surface of the vertical flue.

In this way, each of the condensed water that has been guided to or adhered to the inner wall surface of the exhaust gas 2 flows down the inner wall surface without being drawn into the exhaust gas 11 again. The moisture in the exhaust gas 11 is removed with high efficiency, and the stuck rain phenomenon is reliably prevented. Further, the exhaust gas 11 is transmitted to the plurality of fixed guide vanes 7. As a result of the regular two-way swirling flow Kf being further increased and rising, the smoke evacuation efficiency can also be maintained at a high level.

Note that the upper end edge of the fixed guide blade 7.8 is folded downward into a single shape, so that the scissors fixed guide blade 7.
8 of 6 below (Even if the aaW water adhering to IK tries to be rolled up by the exhaust gas IIK, it is blocked by the 1-shaped folded part. This can further increase the efficiency of circulating condensed water. Furthermore, the fixed guide vanes II are arranged as pairs of two on the left and right, and the plurality of pairs are arranged in two spiral lines, so that the ventilation resistance in the vertical flue 2 is reduced. Since the swirling flow is smoothly generated without increasing the amount of water, the efficiency of removing moisture from the exhaust gas 11 can be improved satisfactorily.

As can be explained above, the stuck rain prevention device according to the present invention has a relatively simple structure and can efficiently remove moisture from exhaust gas without impairing smoke exhaust efficiency. This has the effect of easily and reliably preventing the occurrence of stuck rain in the chimney.
