Claims (1)
を具備し、上記挿入部の先端に、体腔内へ超音波を送受
する超音波プローブ頭部を設ける一方、上記挿入部内へ
光学視管を挿入若しくは抜去する光学視管着脱機構をこ
の挿入部手元側の操作部に設け、光学視管をこの光学視
管着脱機構から挿入すると共に該光学視管の先端を、上
記挿入部内を挿通した後、該挿入部の先端で露呈して上
記超音波プローブ頭部を光学視管の視野内へ入り込ませ
るようにした体腔内超音波診断装置において、上記光学
視管着脱機構に、上記光学視管の外周に密接するよう光
学視管の外径よりも小径の光学視管挿通孔をもったリン
グ状のパツキンを配設する一方、このパツキンに弁座を
設け、更にこの弁座に衝当して上記光学視管挿通孔を開
閉動する弁体を設け、この弁体には上記光学視管挿通孔
を閉塞させるよう付勢力を付与したことを特徴とする体
