However, this film has a small coefficient of static friction and an unbalanced tear strength in the mechanical direction (longitudinal direction) and tear strength in the lateral direction, so the empty bag replenishment mechanism does not work properly when packaging with automatic packaging machines. , for example, perform an empty withdrawal operation,
Trouble such as excessive withdrawal operation may occur.

On the other hand, if a low-density polyethylene film is used instead of this high-density polyethylene film, the above-mentioned drawbacks are resolved, but the film has low moisture permeability and low tensile strength, so the film may stretch irregularly during the operation of the packaging machine. It is not suitable because it is easy to use and the contents tend to deteriorate.

In addition, when this antistatic agent is contained in both the high-density polyethylene film layer and the low-density polyethylene film layer, the antistatic agents in both layers do not necessarily have to be the same, but may be different. In addition, the layer thickness of the laminated film of the present invention varies depending on various conditions and cannot be unambiguously determined, but generally both the high-density polyethylene film layer and the low-density polyethylene film layer have a thickness of 5.

In manufacturing the laminated film of the present invention, high-density polyethylene and low-density polyethylene are co-extruded into a film and fused to form a laminated film, or high-density polyethylene and low-density polyethylene are respectively formed into films and then However, the former method of co-extruding and fusing together is a preferred manufacturing method because the laminated film can be mass-produced inexpensively and easily.

Bags manufactured using the laminated film of the present invention having the composition as described above have superior moisture permeability and tensile strength, etc., as well as moderate surface friction and sufficient strength compared to conventional photosensitive paper packaging bags. Due to its longitudinal tear resistance, even when using an automatic packaging machine, the bag can be taken normally, and there is no problem such as empty bag taking or two or more bags being taken at the same time.

What is particularly noteworthy here is that the coefficient of static friction on the low-density polyethylene layer side of the laminated film that forms the outer surface of the bag is considerably higher than that of a single-layer low-density polyethylene film, an unexpected but advantageous result. was obtained.
