  1. フライホイール、交流系統に電気的に接続され上記フラ
    イホイールを駆動する可傷御回転駆動装置を具え、該可
    制御回転駆動装置が、系統周波数と基準周波数の偏差に
    より制御されることを特徴とする周波数制御装置。
