り、光源より発した光を散光レンズおよび集光レンズを
以て平行光線としこの平行光線を被測定対象物に照射す
ると共に当該平行光線に於て被測定対象物により遮られ
た部分と遮られない部分とを結像レンズを介してセンサ
に照射して画部分の境界を検出し、この境界位置に基い
て被測定対象物の直径または外径幅などの寸法を測定す
るようにした寸法測定装置に於て、被測定対象物装填部
と結像レンズとの間に上記の平行光線を結像レンズの光
軸に近寄る方向に平行移動させる透明体を配置して成る
