Claims (1)
端に接続したリード線の上端を、それぞれ上下両端面に
露出させて埋設した柱状の窒化珪素燃焼給体をヒーター
とし、その上端面から絶縁間隔を設けて下方を被覆して
下端面に露出する上記発熱線輪の下端と接続する金属化
面によって主体金具の軸孔にロー着、固定し、上記ヒー
ターの上端面に露出するリード線の上端を上記主体金具
の軸孔を上方から挿通し、該主体金具に絶縁、固定され
る中心電極にロー着、固定し、かつ主体金具から下方に
突出するヒーター表面の金属化面を被覆する保護層を設
