This improves the properties of the tape to make it run smoothly, and increases the electrical conductivity to prevent the negative effects of charging.

The cassette case 1 is generally molded only from synthetic resin such as ABS resin. However, the case 1 made of such a material has a high thermal contraction rate due to the nature of its constituent materials and has poor resilience against thermal expansion, so the tape guides such as the tape guide 1a and the support shaft 1b may be damaged due to temperature changes. There is a problem in that the perpendicularity of the components changes, and as a result, the position of the tape 2 changes, resulting in changes in recording and playback characteristics due to temperature changes. Due to the nature of its constituent materials, the case 1 deforms due to residual stress caused by overfilling after molding, so the inward deformation may impede the running of the tape 3 inside the case 1, especially the tape guide la and the support shaft. In the tape guide components such as 1b, the perpendicularity changes due to sink marks after molding, and as a result, the tape 30 runs unevenly, making it impossible to record at the normal position of the tape 3.
There was a problem in that the recording and playback characteristics deteriorated significantly. In addition, due to the nature of the constituent material of the case 1, frictional charging occurs when the tape 3 runs inside, and as a result, the tape 3
Good recording and playback could not be expected because dust would adhere to the disc and cause dropouts.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a case that has smooth conductivity and high conductivity to prevent adverse effects caused by charging. That is, the case according to the present invention is made of ABS resin or polyamide.

。Metal powder such as iron or its oxide has a low thermal contraction rate and good resilience against thermal expansion, so the perpendicularity of the tape guide component rarely changes due to temperature changes, making recording and playback possible. Characteristics are stable against temperature changes. Since the metal powder or its oxide has a high density and is not deformed by residual stress due to overfilling during molding, the case according to the present invention does not deform inward after molding, and also does not require lubricant. Since it contains the tape, the tape runs smoothly. For the same reason, the verticality of the tape guide component does not change, so the tape is always held in the correct position, resulting in good recording and playback. Since the case according to the present invention has high electrical conductivity by mixing metal or metal oxide into the synthetic resin, there is no frictional electrification caused by the running of the tape, and no dust adheres to the tape. Therefore, since the cause of dropout is eliminated, good recording and playback is possible.

However, if a large amount of metal powder or the like is mixed into a synthetic resin, the lubricity will be reduced, but in the case of the present invention, the lubricity is increased by adding an additive such as stearic acid. In addition to the above two improvements, the case according to the present invention maintains the characteristics of the resin before mixing the metal powder.

Therefore, it has an important practical advantage of being able to perform good recording and playback.
