Abstract

PURPOSE:A steel plate that is coated with a specific amount of a composition consisting of a polyhydric alcohol fatty acid ester, a barium salt of petroleum oxide and a barium sulfonate of aromatic hydrocarbon at a specific ratio to form a lubricating layer of high intermediate anticorrosive properties. CONSTITUTION:A composition consisting of (A) 50-95wt% of a polyhydric alcohol fatty acid ester of 50-300 hydroxyl value and 5-50wt% of a mixture of a barium salt of petroleum oxide and a barium sulfonate of aromatic hydrocarbon is coated on a steel plate after pressed by 0.1-10g/cm<2>.

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、プレス油等の潤滑剤を使用することなく、そ
のままプレス成形を行い、その後、中間防錆力を保持す
るために防錆油を塗油することなく、十分な防錆力を有
する中間防錆性の優れた潤滑処理鋼板を提供するもので
ある。

られる場合はプレス成形後、組立を行い脱脂、リン酸亜
鉛処理を経て塗装されているが、この様な用途に対して
の潤滑処理鋼板は、脱脂工程で弱アルカリ系の脱脂剤で
容易に除去できなければ彦らないため、防錆力に関して
は弱いものであった。従って、プレス組立後長時間保管
される場合は、プレス後防錆油を塗布して、中間防錆力
を確保していた。

本発明は前記の様に、中間防錆対策を講することなく、

錆力を有するものである。すなわち本発明の要旨は水酸
基価50〜300を有する多価アルコール脂肪酸エステ
ル’(i−50〜95重量%と、石油酸化物Ba塩及び
芳香族炭化水素のスルホン酸Ba塩の混合物を5〜50
重量%からなる組成物’io、1〜10g/rr?塗布
してなることを特徴とする中間防錆性の優れた潤滑処理
鋼板である。

いるが、本発明者等は鋭意検討を行い、この範囲内の水
酸基価を有する前記多価アルコール脂肪酸エステルが防
錆力の点で優れていることを見い出した。即ち第1図に
ヤシ油脂肪酸ペンタエリスリトールエステルを冷間圧延
鋼板上へ塗布した時のサイクル腐食試験(湿潤・50℃
・・・2時間、乾燥・60℃・・・2時間計4時間を1
サイクルとし、60サイクル試験を行う)を行って発錆
の面積率を測定した結果を示す。図に示される様に水酸
基価50〜306の範囲内での防錆力が良好である。塗
布の対照鋼板は、熱間圧延後の酸洗鋼板、冷間圧延鋼板
、′各種表面処理鋼板でおる。

が劣り又、95重量部超では後述するが目的とする防錆
力が得られない。従って、その範囲は50〜95重量部

とが必要である。石油酸化物Ba塩は、石油系の炭化水
素を酸化して′j漬られた高分子有機酸、オキシ酸ラク
トン、工具ル等のBa塩である。
